How it works

Three steps, then we handle the rest.

Free consultation

Thirty minutes on your situation. We'll tell you honestly whether there's enough opportunity to justify our fee — and if there isn't, we'll say so.

Your tax plan

A written, prioritized plan with estimated savings per strategy, what it requires from you, and what we implement on your behalf.

Year-round execution

Filings, payroll, quarterly estimates, and monthly accounting — with a mid-year check so nothing surprises you in April.

Why trust us

Every tax claim on this site clears a CPA review before it's published.

Plenty of tax content online is written by nobody in particular. Ours isn't. Every strategy page carries the name of the licensed CPA who reviewed it, the date it was last verified, and the primary sources it relies on.

And when you become a client, the people who wrote the playbook are the people doing your work.

Common questions

Before you book

What does tax planning cost?

Planning engagements are flat-fee and quoted after your free consultation, typically based on complexity. Most clients whose plans we take on see projected first-year savings well above the fee — and if we don't think that's true for you, we'll tell you in the consultation.

Do you only work with clients in your state?

No — we serve clients in all 50 states. Meetings happen over video, documents move through a secure portal, and returns are e-filed.

I already have a CPA who files my return. Is this different?

Usually, yes. Most preparers look backward: they record what already happened. Planning looks forward — entity structure, retirement design, timing of income and purchases — and that's where the meaningful savings live.

What happens in the free consultation?

Thirty minutes on video. We ask about your income, entities, and goals, flag the two or three strategies most likely to matter, and tell you what an engagement would cost. No pressure and no obligation either way.
